Customer Relations Advisor

We are looking for a Customer Relations Advisor for our well established client based outside Cork City.

This role is a permanent contract with added benefits!

These roles are due to start in August and are on a rotational roster from 8.30-7pm (each shift falls between those hours).

In this role your duties will include:

- Answering a high volume of calls

- Assisting current customers and new

- Providing excellent customer service skills

- Maintaining a professional manner and hitting KPIs on a weekly basis

We are looking for candidates who have:

- Previous call centre experience

- Excellent customer service
