Globally recognised packaging company based in Carrigtwohill looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Order Specialist to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent business graduate or someone with prior experience in order management or sales administration who is looking to grow their career in a fast-paced, international environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage customer orders from entry to delivery
• Provide support to the sales team and liaise with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales and order processing
• Communicate effectively with customers and respond to queries in a timely manner
• Assist with reporting and administrative tasks as required

Ideal Candidate:

• Business-related degree or equivalent experience in a similar role
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is a plus
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
