Here's what your typical day will involve:
- Collaborating with a dynamic compliance and privacy team to manage both internal and external data requests across a broad spectrum.
- Crafting appropriate responses to standard-level requests.
- Efficiently extracting necessary information from internal systems while ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Proactively following up on additional information and data requests when necessary.
- Effectively managing your caseload and using your initiative to prioritize tasks.
- Accurately recording and reporting all requests, responses, and exceptional issues in the relevant internal database.
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, dependable, and possess the capability to resolve request-related issues with efficiency and effectiveness. Please note that this role is initially for a 25 week period with the possibility of extension, and it currently offers a hybrid working model.
