Clerical Officer

Morgan McKinley Business Support are currently recruiting for a number of Clerical Officer positions across Cork city & county.

These roles would suit candidates with 2-3 years Administration experience who are looking to gain experience in a healthcare setting. The contract on offer is initially temporary but has the potential to be extended.

Hours: 35 hours per week. Mon - Fri. A degree of flexibility will be required here in terms of the working week.

What is required from you:

• Previous administration experience (2-3 years +)
• Experience using Microsoft office is essential (Word & Excel)
• Ability to work cross functionally with all department
• Available immediately or on 1 weeks notice.

Duties of the role:

• Provide administrative support to a new of departments
• To work in various hospital departments & from time to time on the wards
• Manage a busy email inbox & manage a large volume of calls
• Working with patient management systems & spreadsheets (Pivot tables & Macros)
• Managing reports & internal documentation
• Maintaining a level of professionalism at all times.
