Our client is a Cork owned and operated Tier 1 Main Contractor. They require a skilled and motivated BIM Coordinator to join their project delivery team. Excellent chance for a detail-oriented professional with at least 3 years of experience working on Irish construction and engineering projects. You'll play a key role in delivering high-quality BIM coordination on a variety of large-scale and technically complex developments.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP, and civil disciplines.
- Collaborate closely with design and construction teams to ensure timely and accurate model delivery.
- Manage and maintain project models using Revit, Navisworks, and other industry-standard software.
- Conduct clash detection, model reviews, and coordination meetings.
- Ensure compliance with Irish BIM standards, ISO 19650, and project-specific requirements.
- Support project teams with model-based workflows and digital construction methodologies.
- Assist in the preparation of 3D/4D/5D outputs as required by clients and project demands
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination experience on Irish construction or engineering projects.
- Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other relevant BIM tools.
- Solid understanding of Irish building regulations and construction practices.
- Familiarity with Common Data Environments (CDEs) such as BIM 360, Viewpoint, or Aconex.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related field.
