Reports To: Operations / Sales Manager
Role Overview
Support sales and logistics operations by managing customer orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring accurate documentation and communication across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices
- Act as a point of contact for customer queries and order updates
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with logistics partners
- Prepare shipping and export documentation
- Track deliveries and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain accurate records in ERP/CRM systems
- Support inventory tracking and internal reporting
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in sales administration or logistics (manufacturing preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP/CRM systems
- Knowledge of shipping processes/export documentation is an advantage
Desirable
- Relevant qualification in Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- Experience in an export-focused environment
