Insurance Sales Executive

A well-established and growing insurance brokerage is looking to recruit a Insurance Sales Executive to join their Personal Lines team based in Ennis Co. Clare. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent service to personal lines customers across motor, home, and van insurance
• Manage policy processing and payment handling in line with regulatory and GDPR requirements
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, with occasional outbound follow-ups
• Liaise with insurers to resolve customer queries and process instructions
• Offer expert guidance across a range of general insurance products
• Support the team in achieving individual and departmental KPIs and sales goals

What You'll Need:

• APA (Accredited Product Adviser) qualification - essential
• 2-3 years' experience in the general insurance sector (personal or commercial lines)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational ability
• A self-motivated and team-oriented approach
• Experience working in a target-driven or fast-paced environment is a plus
