Project Manager - Learning Coach Programme
Initial 12 month contract, hybrid working and paid on a daily rate inside IR35.
Are you passionate about the impact technology can have on teaching and learning? We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high-profile, international Learning Coach programme across EMEA.
This is a unique opportunity to join a global team dedicated to empowering educators through innovative professional development. You'll play a key role in managing a well-established coaching programme that blends technology integration, asynchronous learning and live training components.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Lead the regional rollout of the learning coach programme across three countries, working closely with global and local teams.
- Manage enrolment, communications and support using a range of internal tools and systems.
- Coordinate delivery teams to ensure a consistent and engaging learning experience.
- Collaborate with content creators to deliver both live and on-demand training aligned with programme objectives.
- Monitor programme quality and ensure compliance with all relevant standards and policies.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluent in German; French and/or Italian proficiency is a strong advantage.
- At least 4 years' experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with a creative approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience in the education sector or supporting learning and development initiatives is highly desirable.
