Office Assistant - Central Banking Institution

Responsibilities

• Handle document delivery, photocopying and paper binding
• Support office functions including internal staff events, fire drill, conferences
• Assist in maintaining office tidiness and cleanliness, supervise contractors in renovation, cleaning and maintenance projects
• Help cover guest reception and venue setup during internal events
• Any other duties as assigned by the hiring manager

Requirements

• Native in Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin would be an advantage
• Good working attitude and flexibility to support occasional overtime work
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
• Experience in catering and hospitality services would be an advantage
