Job Title: Associate HR Business Partner
Contract: 11-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Location: Carlow (Hybrid)
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Associate HR Business Partner to join a dynamic organisation. This role will provide strategic HR support across manufacturing and global support functions, while contributing to key initiatives within a wider HR network.
Provide strategic HR Business Partner support, driving and delivering people strategies.
Support performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning processes.
Coach managers to improve individual and team performance.
Manage employee relations to maintain a high-performing workforce.
Support industrial relations, including engagement with unions and dispute resolution.
Collaborate on HR projects and initiatives across the organisation.
Develop and communicate HR policies.
Advise on compensation and benefits, including salary and bonus processes.
Deliver HR updates to senior leadership teams.
Provide support on time and attendance systems.
Assist with administrative tasks, including purchase orders.
2-3 years' experience in HR, ideally in a multinational environment.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Good knowledge of Irish and European employment law.
High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
CIPD qualification (or equivalent) desirable.
