A growing, well established manufacturing organisation in Milton Keynes are looking to hire a PQ Financial Analyst to their team on a permanent basis. The role will report directly into the CFO and will play a pivotal role in the creation, distribution and articulation of financial data and reports to the wider organisation. This position is a rare opportunity in the market as the CFO is passionate about developing people and is looking for an inquisitive and driven individual to step into this role.

What will the duties of the role include:
- Creation of internal financial reports by department, product and division, whilst also producing business intelligence and dashboards for leadership
- Partnering with key stakeholders of all levels across the organisation to translate financial data and performance metrics
- Supporting the monthly close process through reconciliations, reporting and analysis
- Daily and weekly flash and quick reporting
- Monitoring and reporting of operational and financial KPI's
- Daily financial and accounting tasks when required such as journals, prepayments, reconciliations etc
- Ad hoc reporting and dashboard creation
What experience is needed to be considered?
To be considered for the Financial Analyst position, applicants:
- Must have at least 3 years experience within a fast paced finance environment (manufacturing or engineering sector experience is highly advantageous but not essential)
- Will be able to manipulate, analyse and present financial data to non financial stakeholders
- Must have a clear drive and passion for personal and professional development
- Will need to have strong IT and tech skills including Excel (IF's, Vlookups and Pivot Tables) as well as ERP/CRM system knowledge (D365, JD Edwards, Oracle etc)
This position is a fully site based requirement due to the manufacturing nature of the business. The offices are located on the outskirts of Milton Keynes with plenty of onsite parking available.
