Finance Manager

We are currently working with a growing business based in North Bristol who are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to join them for a 12 month fixed term contract

This role is looking for someone who can start immediately and can be in the office 3 days per week.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead, support and develop a team of 3 transactional finance staff
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and other day-to-day finance activities
• Support month-end close, reconciliations, and reporting
• Drive process improvements and ensure strong financial controls

What we're looking for:

• Previous experience in a Finance Manager or similar role
• Strong payroll knowledge and experience managing transactional finance functions
• Confident people manager with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Hands-on approach, comfortable with both detail and oversight
• Previous experience with D365 would be an advantage.
