We have a fantastic opportunity for a confident, professional candidate to join a successful luxury goods company in Maidenhead in the newly created role of Receptionist. The company is growing and they are moving into fantastic new offices with capacity for the team to double in size - as such, there are excellent opportunities for career progression and scope to grow the role over time.
Please note that this is a fully office based role. Free parking is provided. Hours are Monday - Friday, 9 - 5 with one hour lunch.
As Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for all employees and visitors to the office, providing a warm welcome and positive atmosphere. Responsibilities will include:
Previous experience in a similar role is NOT necessary - full training will be provided. This would be an ideal entry level role for a graduate or college leaver, or for someone looking to change career. Over time there is scope to take on further responsibilities including facilities management and administrative tasks to support the EA to CEO.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is a positive, professional approach. Competence using Microsoft Office is essential.
