  • Design & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive talent management strategies aligned with the company's long-term goals and workforce needs.
  • Succession Planning: Oversee succession planning initiatives to identify and nurture future leaders within the organization.
  • Performance Management: Enhance performance management processes to align individual goals with company objectives and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Employee Development: Drive career development programs to facilitate skill enhancement and growth opportunities for employees.
  • Diversity & Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion in recruitment and talent development efforts.

Required skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, performance management, and recruitment strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
