Senior Compensation Position at A Global Financial Company
Roles/Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive analysis of compensation data, market trends, and industry benchmarks to support the development of competitive compensation programs.
Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership to design and implement compensation structures, including salary ranges, incentive plans, and equity programs.
Lead the annual compensation review process, including merit increase and bonus planning, ensuring accuracy and fairness.
Develop and deliver training sessions and resources to educate managers and employees on compensation policies and practices.
Provide guidance and support to HR teams and business leaders on compensation-related matters, including job evaluations and offer approvals.
Participate in compensation surveys and benchmarking exercises to ensure our compensation programs remain competitive in the market.
Required skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in compensation analysis or related role, preferably in the financial services industry.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
