Roles/Responsibilities
Oversees the new graduates or junior staffs experiences in Japan, managing Performance Management, Compensation, Career Development, Engagement, Promotions, Manager Capability, and Employee Relations.
Drives year-end processes, managing compensation data, executing promotions, and overseeing the Summer Internship Program.
Manage mobility, provide career coaching, and oversee career development rotations.
Partner with managers for new talent immersion, monitor morale trends, conduct Exit Interviews, and support engagement events.
Engage with managers to develop junior talent and collaborate on employee relations issues.
Required skills
A college degree, 2-3 years of relevant experience
Enthusiasm for a service-oriented environment
Strong technical skills, bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English
Prioritization skills, and willingness to engage with stakeholders globally
