Job Description

A Major European Financial Institution


  • Provide effective advisory services to Japan staff on HR issues, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure prompt responses to employee queries, maintaining a supportive HR environment.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, including reference checks and visa applications.
  • Manage international staff administration, facilitating smooth offboarding and transitions.
  • Ensure HRIS compliance, especially with PeopleSoft.
  • Perform control testing and input results for a robust control environment.

Required skills

  • Bachelor degree or above with 5 years of HR Operations experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency in HRIS Systems, with a preference for experience in PeopleSoft.
  • Familiarity with accounting and tax principles to ensure comprehensive understanding of financial implications within HR processes.
