Roles/Responsibilities
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with labor laws throughout the organization to mitigate legal risks and uphold corporate reputation and social responsibility.
- Promptly address and resolve compliance and workplace management issues, assisting department heads and leading in their absence.
- Develop and train team members to enhance compliance awareness and effectiveness in labor law literacy.
- Manage labor environment factors such as working hours, holidays, and vacations, implementing improvements to maintain a competitive workplace.
- Lead planning and execution of measures to reduce total working hours, staying updated on legal amendments and precedents to prevent violations and ensure compliance across the group.
Required skills
- Experience in laws related to labor, tax, accounting, occupational safety and health, social insurance, understanding and operation of the company's employment regulations, etc.
- People management experience
