Job Description

Play a pivotal role in contributing to organizational development of a leading SaaS software company.

Roles/Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to the President, including assistance for overseas executives during visits to Japan.
  • As a culture development lead figure. Take the responsibility for organizational development, team building, and culture building internally.
  • HR Administration such as handling all onboarding documents, scheduling new employee orientations and payroll.
  • Oversee general office-related operations, including equipment management, mail handling, and usage rules.

Required skills

  • Proven experience in secretarial and administrative roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in HR processes, including onboarding and payroll.
  • Experience in office and property management is a plus.
  • Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality.
