E-commerce Analyst, fast growing business with modern offices in Woking, permanent full-time role to start as soon as possible

ECOMMERCE ANALYST - RAPIDLY GROWING CONSUMER GOODS BUSINESS

WOKING, SURREY

FULL-TIME, PERMANENT ROLE

UP TO £36K PLUS 10% BONUS

3 DAYS A WEEK OFFICE BASED, 2 DAYS HOME BASED

We have an exciting opportunity for an Ecommerce Analyst to join a fast growing but well established consumer goods business in Woking, Surrey.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone driven and ambitious as the company are looking for people who can progress within the business as they grow. This a newly created role as part of ongoing expansion and there is a great chance to make a mark and shape this role.

The focus of the role is to manage a new eCommerce insights platform (Profitero) - analysing data and using this to inform and advise on necessary commercial actions and improvements. You will be instrumental in helping to grow Ecommerce sales, using data to both inform ongoing Ecommerce strategy as well as to react to potential issues and opportunities in the here and now.

You will have an oversight of all Ecommerce channels including Amazon, the company's own website and multiple retailer websites and you will be responsible for translating data into actions and advising various teams, both internal and external, on changes to be made.

You must be confident in using analytics tools to detect opportunities to improve sales performance across Ecommerce websites. Excellent data analysis skills, attention to detail and the ability to spot trends and anomalies is key, as are strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to advise and influence stakeholders, peers, external partners etc.
