3 DAYS A WEEK OFFICE BASED, 2 DAYS HOME BASED

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Product Marketing Manager to join a fast growing but well established consumer goods business in Woking, Surrey. The role would suit a recent Marketing Graduate with a year or so experience who is looking to join a company where they can really progress their career.

This is an amazing opportunity for someone driven and ambitious and the company are looking for bright candidates who can progress within the business as they grow. This a newly created role as part of ongoing expansion and there is a great chance to make a mark and be instrumental in guiding the development of new products launching in the next year. You will be working on amazing, global brands and really high quality products.

The focus of the role is to assist with the product development and market growth of the brand portfolio within EMEA. Key duties include:

  • Work closely with the EMEA Brand Marketing Manager to manage the process end-to-end of new product introductions
  • Liaise with teams globally to lead the development process of new products - monitoring progress, reacting to new developments, providing insights, delivering feedback etc
  • Act as the voice of the consumer, utilising findings to help guide products, packaging, marketing content etc
  • Assist with localising artwork for the EMEA region, working closely with packaging teams and external agencies
  • Become a product expert and the go-to person for product enquiries from the EMEA team
  • Research trends and opportunities in key product categories and conduct competitor analysis
  • Create clear Go-to-Market plans, including developing sell-in kits and selling stories for new product launches

The ideal candidate will be educated to degree level and have previous Product Marketing experience, however we would consider applicants with experience in other areas of Marketing as long as you can demonstrate a passion for product development and the desire to pursue a career in this field.
