Job Description

Exciting opportunity to join one of the largest global manufacturer in the med-tech industry as a FP&A Manager for the Singapore market!


  • Lead the analysis and reporting of Group Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), including material costs, purchased services, resources, and other operating expenses.
  • Provide insightful commentary on variances against budget and historical trends.
  • Perform financial analysis to support gross margin reporting and bridge commentary.
  • Partner with Operations to deliver impactful financial insights that drive efficiency improvements and cost optimization initiatives. This involves tracking KPIs, identifying trends, and conducting ad-hoc analyses.
  • Own and manage the budget and quarterly rolling forecast, ensuring stakeholder review and alignment.
  • Possess strong ERP system proficiency, specifically for validating and reconciling Purchases, Consumption, and Inventory movements to identify and address anomalies.
  • Develop and implement financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Worldwide Operations teams to resolve systemic finance-related issues impacting transaction processing.


  • Experience: 6-8 years of FP&A experience, with prior expertise in consolidation procedures, inter-company reconciliations, and planning & forecasting.
  • Skills: Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills. Excellent work ethic, attention to detail, and decision-making abilities. Adaptability, agility, and ownership mindset are crucial.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools for data manipulation and analysis. Experience with BI/data mining tools a plus. Financial process improvement experience is desirable.
