Job Description

Our client, a leading eCommerce solutions provider is looking for a CRM Specialist. This is an exciting role where you will be tasked to help drive customer loyalty and retention online.

As a CRM Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing Email Marketing for the client and co-own KPIs including Open Rate, Click Through Rate
  • Execute 360 email marketing strategies
  • Managing of CRM platforms relationships
  • Manage the delivery of response data for lifecycle email campaigns to facilitate the measurement of targeted tactical on-boarding, reactivation and retention campaigns
  • Provide leadership and recommendations to improve email marketing performance for ecommerce and marketplaces
  • Utilise analytical tools such as Google Analytics to generate insights and CRM user journey

A successful applicant must at least have:

  • Bachelor Degree
  • At least 2 years of working CRM experience in either an advertising agency or marketplace
  • Ability to work on tight deadlines
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical skills
