Assistant Director - Technology Strategy and Policy
You will lead the development and implementation of the Digital Master Plan for the company, conceptualise strategies to drive digitalisation and harness the use of data, and develop strategic partnerships. To succeed in this role, you will need a good understanding of Singapore's healthcare system in the area of Digital Health, in order to identify gaps and opportunities, that can then be translated into actionable strategies and policy recommendations for our healthcare system. You will need to balance managing demands within the resource envelope and recommend areas of priority.
You may also be involved in policy review and development, such as on the role of strategic systems and digitalisation plans.
As this is a policy and planning role, you will be required to undertake horizon-scanning, literature research, data analysis, and engage thought leaders and stakeholders in developing plans and policies. In particular, you will need to engage widely across public healthcare institutions, MOH divisions and relevant government agencies to understand priorities, business demands and resourcing, connect the dots on dependencies, and align plans for sustainable transformation.
You will also provide staffing support to Digital Health forums where strategies and plans for the sector will be discussed.
