Job Description

Morgan McKinley have partnered with a leading UK wealth management business to hire a Channel Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing team.

A highly reputable UK wealth manager based in London are hiring for a Marketing Executive to join their growing marketing team. They are looking for a marketing professional to market to their private clients and promote their personal investment products.

Reporting to the B2C Marketing Manager they are looking for the Marketing Executive to coordinate marketing activity for their private clients with the aim to retain clients and win new business.

Key accountabilities of Channel Marketing Executive (Wealth Management industry)

  • Develop a close working relationship with the B2C Marketing Manager to undertake and successfully plan, structure and implement projects/campaigns.
  • Coordinate specific activity and act as a point of contact for stakeholders.
  • Ensure all marketing material is both regulatory compliant and compliant with the company's brand identity style guide, working closely with central teams to ensure this.
  • Regularly evaluate current programmes and potential new marketing opportunities, to ensure they meet the needs of the business.
  • Co-ordinate marketing communication activity across print, online and social media platforms, including internal communications
  • Manage and deliver bespoke client and partner events
  • Work with the digital team to ensure the channel/programmes have a strong and relevant presence on the website and through social media
  • Oversee the process of managing marketing materials, ensuring rigour and quality from internal teams and third-party suppliers.
  • Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders in the business, raising the profile of the marketing function and enhancing effective collaboration
  • Maintain effective and regular internal communications to ensure that relevant stakeholders are kept informed, and engaged, in the marketing programmes

Knowledge and skills required of Channel Marketing Executive (Wealth management industry)

  • At least two years of financial services or professional services marketing experience
  • Ability to quickly build strong professional relationships
  • Self-motivating, with the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Close attention to detail
  • Flexible and pragmatic approach
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
