Customer Marketing Manager | Up to £350pd | 6 Month Contract | Financial Services Software/ FinTech | Interviewing Now!!!

My client a Global Financial Software organisation are currently recruiting for a Customer Marketing Manager to join their retention team. This is an exciting 6m contract to be part of an organisation who have been ranked in the top 10 Great Places to work in the UK!

In this position you will be responsible for identifying new opportunities in order to grow product usage, cross sell and ultimately increase retention rates across the business.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Drive engagement with the product, adding new services and upselling to existing Small Business and Self Employment customers
  • Develop and polish the onboarding approach so that customers have a good understanding from the beginning the value that the product can bring driving early engagement
  • Develop core lifecycle programs that drive deeper engagement with the customers, ensuring they are getting full value from the product
  • Understand customer pain points and drivers of churn and recommend activities to address the pain points and ultimately stop customers from leaving the organisation.
  • Partner with a broad cross-functional team including sales, product, CS to execute activities that deliver on those goals.

Key Skills and Attributes

  • At least 3+ years' experience within Customer/Retention Marketing
  • Proven track record of business results through testing and deploying effective lifecycle marketing campaigns
  • Passionate about helping customers and using insights in order to improve end2end experiences
  • Must be data driven with a good understanding of customers and reporting on business performance of campaigns
  • Experience executing high-impact multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels
  • Sound understanding of email automation tools
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Hardworking, passionate and can-do attitude
