Morgan McKinley is recruiting for a contracts specialist to work for a multinational Technology Company based in London on an initial 3 momth contract. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in drafting contracts and negotiation.

Job responsibilities

  • Onboard and work closely with a range of suppliers, ensuring they are registered on our systems, and have an excellent experience of working with us
  • Partner directly with a team on the contract lifecycle drafting contracts and partnering with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, compliance, strategic partnerships) throughout the process
  • Process sponsorship requests, issuing sponsorship letters and supporting documentation for gifts and donations
  • Partner with legal to develop/improve legal templates and processes to reduce contracting turnaround time.
  • Liaise with each supplier, and the internal payments team, to ensure accurate submission of invoices
  • Execute the process for payment requests, securing approval, ensuring timely payments and confirming receipt
  • Create new processes & documentation to improve the process

Minimum qualifications

  • Excellent contract management skills with ideally 3+ years experience in contract operations, business affairs or in roles with significant work with legal contracts
  • Proven track record of senior level communication, multiple cross-functional stakeholders. You're flexible and highly responsive to the needs of the project, team and wider group
  • Experience establishing effective relationships, influence, driving consensus and collaborating internally and externally at all organizational levels demonstrating an effective collaborative working style.
  • Highly collaborative and organised, with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • You enjoy variety and have a hands-on mentality, you see what needs to be done and make it happen - no task is too big or too small
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
