Job Description

A reputable organisation is looking for an Assistant Manager, Consumer Research to join their team to support their market insight program and analysis.

A reputable consumer brand is looking for an Assistant Manager, Consumer Research to join their team to support their market insight programs and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop research campaign methodology based on business needs
  • Carry our analysis and reporting of research results
  • Provie data insights of different markets and formulate recommendations for actions
  • Prepare and tailor information decks and presentation for respective audience
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to address their business needs
  • Manage agencies and ensure their output quality

Requirements

  • A degree holder in Business, Social Science, Statistics & Actuarial Science, or equivalent
  • At least 7 years of experience in handling consumer data and market research
  • Experience in managing customised research campaigns end-to-end
  • Ability to think out of the box and be innovative
  • Proficient in Chinese and English (written and verbal)
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with attention to detail
  • Experience in travel and hospitality is an advantage
