Job Description

We are currently working with a well known business based in the Gloucestershire area who are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them for a period of 6-12 months

We are working with a well known business based in the Gloucestershire area looking for an experienced purchase ledger clerk to join them for a period of 6-12 months.

Key responsibilities

  • Processing high volumes of invoices
  • End to end management of allocated suppliers to ensure invoices are paid on time
  • Deal with supplier queries
  • Reconcile supplier statements
  • Manage GRNI balances and debit balances and keep to a minimum
  • Raising appropriate documentation and sending to suppliers
  • Month / Year end duties
  • Raising payments in bank

  • Based in Gloucestershire
  • 6-12 month role
  • Salary from £20,000
  • On site parking
  • Hybrid working - (3 days in the office/2 working from home)
