Mortgages Platform Experience Lead - Dublin
Summary
Our client is looking for someone to lead their ongoing development and delivery project. This role will give you the opportunity to work on exciting project to transform customers mortgage experience. This role will lead and manage the ongoing configuration of our mortgage origination platform and related services.
Responsibilities
- Planning, prioritising and assisting the development of of program initiatives, goals, scope, and success criteria.
- Overseeing the delivery of technical strategic roadmaps and plans to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of mortgage journeys
- Manage and build relationships on relationships with platform partners
- Support management of allocated budget
- Work along the design team managers and test leads to ensure any configuration changes deployed onto the system are inline with over all business architecture
- Assist the business in prioritising the backlog items to ensure maximum return on investment
- Collaborate with Experience Managers and Configuration Analysts to define the necessary user stories for successful execution of significant development projects with our delivery partners.
- Participate in platform change testing and engaging with users and stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of changes.
- Maintain and update change-related documentation, process maps, and user guides to ensure they remain relevant for a business audience.
- Continuous assessment of existing workflows, processes, and operational methods to pinpoint opportunities for enhancement.
- Supervise the testing of new changes and approving production releases.
- Collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to specify enhanced reporting needs for measuring the outcomes of initiatives, both pre and post-implementation.
- Provide additional support and assistance as needed and as capacity permits.
Required Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience leading transformative changes within the financial services sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in technical project and program management, including a successful history of managing and evolving workflow platforms within an Agile framework.
- Business-oriented project leadership skills, showcasing the capacity to collaborate effectively with diverse business stakeholders.
- Proficiency in leveraging extensive knowledge and best practices in the mortgage domain.
- Prior experience in implementing change on cloud-based platforms.
- Impeccable attention to detail coupled with strategic planning abilities.
- Exceptional communication prowess, adept at articulating complex matters clearly to a wide array of stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
- Self-driven with the capability to work autonomously or as part of a team, prioritising action and progress.
