IT Performance Analyst
Summary
The IT Performance team looks after the governance and financial management of IT activities, including IT budget forecasting and reporting, supplier performance management, procurement optimisation and the management of IT risk, audit and compliance activities.This role reports into the IT Compliance Manager and will support the management of IT risk, audit and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure IT compliance with policies
- Verify purchase requisitions and contracts for policy compliance with proper documentation.
- Manage software asset protection and external audits as a central point of contact.
- Support implementation of internal and external audit recommendations and risk management.
- Maintain IT risk register and execute associated actions or escalate as needed.
- Compile and maintain key IT reports including governance and KPI reporting.
- Identify and implement continuous process improvements in IT operations.
- Proactively engage with business stakeholders to foster strong relationships.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including IT, Finance, and Enterprise Risk teams.
- Promote and uphold health and safety standards and its supply chain.
Requirements
- Experience in similar compliance activities is desirable
- Experience in supporting internal and/or external audits and purchase requisitions is desirable.
- Preferably holds relevant third-level qualification or accreditation.
- Preferably has a minimum of 3 years' experience in water, utilities, or related industries.
- Experience in team management with strong people and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective partnerships both internally and externally.
- Proven track record in addressing complex issues proactively and communicating effectively.
- Highly motivated individual committed to delivering results within a team.
- Strong analytical skills for problem identification and proposing solutions.
- Demonstrated adaptability aligned with business strategy and requirements.
- Proactive in identifying and implementing improvements using acquired knowledge and skills.
