Job Description

Seeking a well rounded Senior HRBP to join a Medical Manufacturing company as a Global Human Resource Manager .This is a super opportunity to join a market leading company during a period of growth.

Global Human Resources Manager (Permanent)

Location: Dublin West (Hybrid)

Salary: Competitive

The Global HR Manager will be a strategic business partner for all things HR Operations and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the global HR operation function

The role:

  • Manage the worldwide HR Operations department as well as the day-to-day delivery of HR operations and processes, including payroll, immigration, leaves of absence, HR compliance and audits, HR systems and data, policies, and benefits administration.
  • Working closely with global HR Business Partners advising on areas such as HR, Employee Relation Issues, Talent Acquisition, Employee Retention and Compensation Analysis.
  • Partner with senior leaders to identify, prioritise, and build organisational competencies, behaviours, structures, and processes, contributes to the business strategy.
  • Develop and lead Global HR Operations in the development and implementation of systems and processes that will streamline HR operations and provide a consistent global employee experience
  • Manage full life cycle HRIS projects to include , leading project managing the design and upgrading of HR systems, collaborating with IT as needed for implementation.
  • Maintain HRIS systems, ensuring employee data and integrity, privacy and protection, add enhancements, address problems
  • Set strategic service level agreements and key performance indicators for HR services, then align resources to meet them.
  • Lead the HR operational projects, such as open enrollment, performance evaluations, engagement surveys, etc.
  • Actively collaborate with HR team members and senior business leaders to design desired systems functionality
  • Assist in navigating HR requirements, regulatory frameworks and administer local operations in new geographies
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • A third level qualification in Business, HR or related subject
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience working in HR operations with 5 yrs + experience as a HR Manager/Business Partner
  • Must have a full employment lifecycle with a strong knowledge of Employment law and implementing new HR Programme experience.
  • Previous experience working with global teams is essential.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and change, as well as build effective relationships with leaders, cross-functional teams, and team members
  • Must have excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting with all levels of organisation.
