Our client a leading Tech giant in Dublin are currently hiring for a number of experienced Customer Support executives to join there team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years experience in a customer facing role ideally coming from a Tech/ Multinational company.
This position is offered on a contract basis until the end of June 2021 with possible opportunity thereafter however applicants will need to be available immediately or at 1-2 weeks notice.
This Business PM Role is a support role based around customer incidents. It is basic system support. This is a customer support role to support customers and partners purchasing and consuming the clients services in the enterprise agreement channel.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to deal with customers, high skills in collaborating with teams and the ability to multitask is essential. Most ideal candidate will have a background in customer support.
Day to day work for the selected candidate is: liaising with global customers to support incidents as they arise, make non-tech choices, Programmatic support.
Daily Interaction with the team, with rapid growth of this clients services, they are expanding their team to support global Enterprise customers.
This role will provide significant support on a global remit.
