Administrator / Account Switcher

Current Account Switching Administrator
The successful candidate will be responsible for several activities including the switching of current accounts into and out of the bank (under the Code of Conduct on the Switching of Payment
Accounts with Payment Service Providers), customer contact, liaising with other banks and handling of manual customer correspondence.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Ensuring that account switching applications received from all channels are processed accurately and within internal and Central Bank SLA's
- Liaising with other banks where required
- Generation & review of manual customer correspondence
- Provide support/assistance to other team members within the department
- Report and communicate to management on problems, which arise and suggest solutions on how to overcome them
General Requirements
- Provide a high-quality professional service by providing prompt responses and first-time resolution of customer queries
- Daily task and time management
- Ensure work is carried out and completed in a controlled, compliant, timely and accurate manner with emphasis on attention to detail
- Ensure procedures and compliance requirements are adhered to in relation to daily
Knowledge, Education & Experience:
- Relevant experience at administrator level in a Financial Institution
- Knowledge of the Code of Conduct on the Switching of Payment Accounts with Payment Service Providers
- General awareness of potential risks posed to the business
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
