Job Description

An exciting contract opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager, with previous experience in implementation projects.

Our client is seeking a Project Manager with proven experience leading and delivering on projects within a fast-paced dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to see the big picture and incorporate problem-solving, critical thinking, and tactical execution into their daily work.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a number of high-value projects with a strategic approach

  • Demonstrate sharp attention to detail in executing and reviewing work products to ensure the highest quality deliverables in the allotted timeframe.

  • Direct and manage project development and delivery from beginning to end.

  • Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion.

  • Maintain communication throughout a project's lifecycle in a consistent manner, with regular reporting

  • Build solid and enduring relationships with clients

  • Develop project plans, roles and responsibilities, and communications plans;

  • Regularly assess project risks and opportunities. Leverage best practices and continually drive process improvements but work creatively to drive execution and simplification.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record managing full project life cycle

  • Demonstrated understanding of Agile/Waterfall Project Management processes, strategies, and methods.

  • Ability to clearly articulate client requirements into project scope and deliverables.

  • Ability to understand the business and technical imperatives of a project.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in groups to complete time-sensitive projects within internal and external deadlines.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment, strong interpersonal and people management skills are a must.

  • Experience communicating to a variety of stakeholders & audiences.

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and 'can-do' attitude
