My client, a leading organisation currently undergoing significant growth, is expanding their highly successful HR team. This newly created role will be responsible for supporting the Employee Experience with a key focus on Onboarding and Engagement.
Key accountabilities include:
- Support the HR Manager in implementing and fulfilling the people strategy, ensuring it is aligned with and facilitating of the delivery the company's strategic objectives
- Support the implementation and application of people policies across the business
- Utilise data-driven insights to refine and improve people experience strategies, processes, and initiatives
- Assist in the design and implementation of employee engagement and employee wellbeing strategies and initiatives
- Support various people activities including recruitment, onboarding, absence management and disciplinary processes
- Work to support and promote employees' career growth, professional development, and skill enhancement
- Analyse employee survey responses to identify trends, areas of improvement and employee satisfaction levels
- Analyse employee data and metrics to identify insights related to employee experience
- Support the development of the onboarding process for new employees, to support delivery of a seamless and positive experience
- Monitor employee well-being metrics, and propose strategies to improve work-life balance and overall employee well-being
- Input into internal communication strategies and channels to ensure employees are informed and engaged on the People Strategy, and are aware of HR policies, programs, and initiatives
Experience required:
Third level degree qualified with 5 years' experience in a similar role. Excellent key stakeholder engagement skills and attention to detail required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment required.
