Job Description

Are you a HR Administrator seeking a new career opportunity in Cork? Would you like to join a dynamic global organisation?

The HR Administrator will provide day-to-day support to the Human Resources team and employees in the organisation. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who likes variety in their role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Administrative support to the HR Manager and other members of the HR team.
  • Assistance with the full recruitment cycle from hire through to cessation of employment.
  • Offer support to HR team regarding performance management and L&D.
  • Update HRM system with employee changes plus time & attendance.
  • Production of monthly absenteeism reports.
  • Update the HR noticeboards with all things relevant such as internal job adverts & new hire information and more.
  • Other HR/ Admin duties as required

Experience required:

  • Positive and friendly disposition with a can-do attitude
  • Discretion and confidentiality is essential
  • Sage payroll knowledge an advantage
  • Exceptional attention to detail required
  • Proactive approach to problem solving
  • IT Skills
  • Workday experience would be hugely advantageous
