The role requires a Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) with a strong grasp of the sales process, proactive and self-motivated qualities, and proficiency in communication. This role involves building client relationships and handling post-binding processes for company growth.
- Preparing market submissions for commercial prospect opportunities in conjunction with the Account Executive
- Engage with the identified markets to secure appropriate solutions
- Perform the post binding placement role. This involves checking and issuing policy documentation to the client on time
- Strengthen market relationships
- Ensure account planning is in place for all prospects and complete key actions on time
- Achieve best client service in an efficient and friendly manner
- Development and servicing of the production pipeline supported by Microsoft Dynamics software.This with the aim to covering existing clients and new business opportunities
- Involvement in sector research and alignment with our industry practice groups. While utilising the research tools and insights available to you
- Follow company procedures for new business placement
- Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) qualified, with prior experience at an insurer or broker
- Proficient in developing and maintaining crucial market relationships
- Demonstrated ability to navigate the sales process and successfully secure business alongside Account Executives
- In-depth understanding of the entire new business sales process
- Proactive, self-motivated, and adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- High accuracy and keen attention to detail in task completion
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software and sales tools
