Executive Assistant - Global Investment Management

Responsibilities

• Manage heavy travel arrangements including flights, hotels bookings and logistics
• Schedule face to face meetings, arrange video conference calls directly liaising with the clients
• Process expenses for the founder
• Handle office administrative work to ensure smooth office operations
• Liaise with and manage vendors including office supplies, building management, lease, etc

Requirements

• Team support and office administration experience in a multinational financial services firm or professional services firm
• Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, PPT and Word
• Adaptable, collaborative and proactive with strong problem solving skills
• Good communicator with the ability to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
