IT Project - Programme Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategy to collaborate with leading service providers in China and establish an Innovation Center to drive technological advancement.
• Deliver project outcomes to the project sponsor within agreed-upon timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
• Create and oversee the project budget, ensuring alignment with objectives and efficient resource allocation.
• Develop, manage, and regularly review IT project plans with the project sponsor to maintain alignment and progress.
• Monitor project progress, identify and address risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and integrate robust quality controls and standards.

Skills Reqd

• Hold a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong technical foundation.
• Possess 10-15 years of expertise in managing IT programs and projects, with a focus on delivering successful outcomes.
• Demonstrate deep knowledge in software development, system integration, and designing both on-premise and cloud-based architectures.
• Exhibit robust project management skills in mid-to-large scale implementations, excelling in planning, governance, issue resolution, and risk mitigation.
• Lead large IT teams in infrastructure, application development, and cloud solution projects, with additional expertise in data modeling and business intelligence being a valuable asset.
• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
