DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities

• Establish robust GitOps pipelines leveraging Argo CD to enable seamless, automated rollout of software and system resources in development, user acceptance testing, staging, and production setups.
• Develop an "All as Code" paradigm encompassing provisioning via Terraform for foundational elements, Helm or raw YAML for container orchestration configs, visualization tools like DataDog for oversight panels, and rule-based enforcers such as OPA or Kyverno for protection protocols.
• Integrate declarative management practices where version-controlled repositories drive synchronization, ensuring consistency, auditability, and rollback capabilities across the entire lifecycle from code to deployment.

• Incorporate progressive and safe rollout techniques such as blue-green deployments, canary releases, feature flag management, and intelligent automated rollback processes to minimize risk and maximize deployment reliability.

Skills Reqd

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Over half a decade in DevOps roles, specializing in crafting and automating continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
• At least three years handling Kubernetes for managing containers in live production setups.
• Two-plus years applying GitOps approaches and treating all aspects as code, plus expertise in cloud-native monitoring, observability, and ongoing production maintenance, alongside security protocols, automated compliance, and quality assurance techniques.
• Proficient in English.
