Operations Analyst - Foreign Investment Bank

Key Responsibilities

As a member of the Market Data Referential team, your tasks will include:

• Managing daily market data, including the creation of financial instruments and data control within the database and various front and back office systems.
• Data reconciliations.
• Improving data quality by analyzing current processes and optimizing data collection and distribution.
• Collaborating with front, middle, and back office teams to resolve market data issues.
• Supporting business development and increasing transaction volumes.
• Providing daily reports to front office and operational teams.

Role Requirements

• University degree with 3+ years of banking operations experience.
• Technical skills: good to have experience with Bloomberg, Reuters, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across sensitive systems.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills and perseverance in achieving goals.
• Fluency in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other PC applications.
