Multimedia Designer - Start Up (30K)

Key Responsibilities

• Produce engaging multimedia content for social media platforms, including videos, animations, graphics, and interactive elements.

• Edit and enhance video content (short-form and long-form) for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• Create visual assets such as banners, posters, infographics, and motion graphics aligned with brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with the Content Strategist and marketing team to translate content themes into visual assets.

• Manage production workflow, including scheduling, asset organization, and delivery.

• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, visual styles, and platform-specific best practices.

• Optimize content for different formats and screen sizes (mobile, desktop, etc.).

• Maintain a library of reusable assets and templates for efficient production.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).

• 2-4 years of experience in multimedia production, video editing, or social media content creation.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other video/editing tools.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their content requirements.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skills.

• Portfolio showcasing past multimedia and social media content work.
