Job Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Vision
- Develop Global Strategies: Formulate and continuously evolve comprehensive wellness frameworks encompassing physical, mental, and preventative health initiatives.
- Value Proposition Alignment: Position wellness as a core pillar of the brand or company culture, adapting to market trends, customer expectations, and scientific developments.
- Innovation & Research: Monitor industry trends and research medical, therapeutic, and longevity advancements to roll out cutting-edge programs.
Operational Excellence & Governance
- Daily Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of flagship wellness center, workplace wellness programs, or third-party service facilities.
- Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Establish, audit, and revamp guidelines, workflows, and service frameworks to improve operational efficiency and ensure consistency.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all operations, documented procedures, and staff licensing comply with local regulations and safety benchmarks.
Financial & Commercial Performance
- P&L and Budget Ownership: Manage the overall Profit and Loss (P&L), develop annual financial forecasts, and optimize operational costs.
- Commercial Growth: Drive revenue goals, resource utilization rates, and margin sustainability for wellness products or services.
- ROI & Performance Tracking: Introduce tracking dashboards and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate program effectiveness and report data-driven findings to senior executives.
Partner & Stakeholder Management
- Vendor & Third-Party Management: Select, negotiate contracts with, and audit specialist partners, external vendors, and operators.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Coordinate with Internal Communications, HR, Marketing, and Safety teams to seamlessly integrate wellness programs into the wider corporate ecosystem.
- Escalation & Resolution: Handle high-level client feedback, resolve escalated complaints, and formulate root-cause mitigation plans.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder
- A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience gained from the healthcare or insurance industry
- Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
