Equity Developer, 12 months renewable contract

Responsibilities

• Develop internal systems and conduct unit, functional, and integration testing based on specified requirements.

• Create essential documentation, including development records, testing plans, and results.

• Analyze, build, test, and implement the developed systems while collaborating with the first-level support team for advanced assistance.

• Developer for front-office trading systems, including Fidessa/Ullink, Bloomberg/Reuters static data management, and database development using SQL Server, SSIS, and Linux tools.

• Act as the technical supervisor and primary contact for the aforementioned systems.

SKills Reqd.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Strong understanding of equity trading and middle/back-office operations. Min 3 years of experience in the investment banking or securities trading sector.

• Proficient in C#/Java, Linux, Shell scripting, Excel VBA, and SQL.

• Familiarity with additional tools and technologies such as SSIS, Python, Omgeo CTM, AWS Cloud, Gloss, Ullink, and Fidessa, along with knowledge of object-oriented programming.

• Proficient in Chinese & English.
