Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and Python to analyze user behavior data, generate optimization reports, and drive continuous improvements.
Product Operations Management: Oversee app feature usage and manage user feedback to ensure effective closed-loop operations.
Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D team to support feature development and coordinate with compliance departments.
Competitor Analysis and Innovation: Regularly examine competitor app strategies to identify unique operational approaches and explore the integration of AI in user engagement.
