About the Role:
My client is seeking a highly motivated Analyst to join their team in Hong Kong. This role will involve supporting wealth planning inquiries, engaging with clients and relationship managers, and assisting in various projects related to insurance and wealth planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling and responding to wealth planning inquiries related to family office advisory, trust referrals, and insurance solutions.
- Participate in client meetings and internal discussions, providing general advice and support to relationship managers.
- Aid in the approval process for new insurance products and develop marketing materials to promote offerings.
- Identify and capture insurance referral business opportunities, following up with relevant insurance companies and brokers.
- Provide support for end-to-end insurance referral services, including client needs identification and solution recommendations.
- Help develop and expand the wealth planning and insurance referral platform strategically.
- Foster a positive team culture by ensuring quality business referrals and enhancing referral skills among private wealth management staff.
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or related disciplines (preferred).
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in wealth planning, trust, insurance, or related fields.
- An understanding of insurance products and related regulatory regimes in the region is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Good interpersonal, management, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and data reporting abilities to support product design and pitching.
- Must be smart, presentable, and willing to collaborate closely with team members and clients.
