AVP, Customer Services Corporate Banking

Key Responsibilities

• Process corporate banking transactions (e.g., loans, deposits, foreign exchange, and remittances) for clients in Hong Kong and China.
• Manage client interactions to address transaction requests, resolve inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
• Verify transaction details for accuracy and compliance with regulations and internal policies.
• Work with other departments to solve operational issues and ensure smooth transaction workflows.
• Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance on transaction processing and documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of experience in banking, with exposure to corporate banking operations or relationship management support.
• Knowledge of banking products (e.g., loans, deposits, foreign exchange).
• Experience working with Hong Kong and China corporate clients is preferred.
• Fluent in Cantonese, with good English and Mandarin skills (spoken and written).
• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
