Key Responsibilities
- Process corporate banking transactions (e.g., loans, deposits, foreign exchange, and remittances) for clients in Hong Kong and China.
- Manage client interactions to address transaction requests, resolve inquiries, and ensure satisfaction.
- Verify transaction details for accuracy and compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Work with other departments to solve operational issues and ensure smooth transaction workflows.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance on transaction processing and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in banking, with exposure to corporate banking operations or relationship management support.
- Knowledge of banking products (e.g., loans, deposits, foreign exchange).
- Experience working with Hong Kong and China corporate clients is preferred.
- Fluent in Cantonese, with good English and Mandarin skills (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
