Assistant Talent and Performance Manager 45k

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Talent and Performance Manager in implementing talent development programs at a group level i.e. Corporate size 200-400 staff
• Collaborate with regional teams to identify talent needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Analyze performance metrics and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on talent development objectives
• Quarterly business travel to China, Indonesia, and Vietnam.

Qualifications:

• Proven 8+ years of experience in talent development or program management.
• Strong understanding of performance management frameworks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willingness to travel as required.
