    About the job

    Responsibilities

    • Provide the administration and operations support to internal and external customers

    • Support clients in organizing corporate events
    • Provide admin support ie. manage invitations, RSVPs, and handle client communications, including email

    • Maintain and update client databases.

    • Responsible for improving app engagemen for clients

    • Support basic data analysis and reporting using business intelligence tools

    Requirements

    • Holder of Bachelor degree or Diploma in Healthcare, Marketing, Communication, Public Health and or related disciplines
    • 1-3 years of experience in marketing, events, client facing or administration roles

    • Background in corporate healthcare/ medical is a plus

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

    • Professional communication skills in Cantonese and English (written and verbal)
